“I was skeptical about this kind of hard core workout but after 2 weeks it all kicked in and I have to admit, I’m addicted, (in the best way). The 3 coaches are all great- not the kind of meat-head guys you might expect at a gym, –they are very fit– but also thoughtful, knowledgeable, patient, well-rounded, nice people. The gym is beautiful, and the workouts are perfect– It’s amazing to accomplish so much in just one hour. My body has changed considerably, my strength has doubled and I truly look forward to every work out. I definitely recommend crossfit outbreak- I can’t say enough great things about it!”
